I can imagine a situation where someone has File Cabinet Pro open, but it's not the frontmost app, yet they still intend to close the window and may raise the same complaint but in reverse (that they have to hit the icon twice to close the window if the app isn't frontmost). Since you are using an unofficial cracked build though, I can't verify if any functionality has been broken by the cracker or not, since the binary has been tampered with, or if it's an old version. Do you have "Name" set as the arrange by files policy for the that directory? You can check if the Name menu item has a check next to it in the context menu (or in the menu from the pull down button in the toolbar, if you placed it in your customized toolbar). FCP currently remembers sort order on a per directory basis. Even quitting and restarting file cabinet leaves the new file at the bottom.
